We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing & Loyalty Manager with a background in developing and owning loyalty programs. Working with the Marketing team, you will spearhead our entire email and loyalty strategy, identifying the data, creative, systems/tools and process to activate measurable growth. You’ll be focused on delivering meaningful experiences for some of our most invested customers.

Own the end-to-end email marketing strategy
Focus on building a consistent pipeline of promotional and rich content that engages customers
Design meaningful wireframes and content that feed into our campaign activity and provide evergreen content to enhance customer engagement
Optimize email strategy based on past learnings through the use of data and analytics
Develop initiatives to amplify subscriber growth rate and reduce churn
Identify any gaps with the web development team on systems integrations and/or attribution reporting
Focus on retention, re-engagement and churn prevention
Identify and develop customer segmentations and conduct behavioural analysis for high revenue/conversion and engagement driving campaigns
Oversee the restructuring of our loyalty/reward program
In collaboration with Ecommerce, build from the ground up a new reward program that sets a new standard in the industry, is promotable across multiple channels and engages customers beyond any out of box solution
Someone who can think blue sky but also knows how systems function and are willing to roll up your sleeves to do the work
You do not shy away from ambiguity, you thrive in finding solutions and presenting new and unique ways of doing business
You are data driven and believe in fueling decisions based on best practices and analytics

You can connect the dots between email marketing and loyalty and love working actively to growth the retention funnel
You are a serious multi-tasker, you can pull data, give direction on creative, build workflows, set up emails in 3rd party tools, define automating logic and building segments, work on basic HTML, report on the analytics along with planning the future.
